Founded by Rob and Stephanie Elsberry in 2006, the Spotted Pig has grown from a small-town BBQ restaurant to a modern day BBQ dream. With it’s First location, The Spotted Pig in Fair Play, SC , the Elsberrys’ have given travelers a hearty meal, as well as served the families of their community and offered nothing short of a family and Christian atmosphere. With the hard work of the entire Elsberry Family, The Spotted Pig has grown, recently opening a Spotted Pig of Anderson, SC which will serve most of Southern Anderson, Pickens, Oconee and Greenville Counties.
With all the time and attention the family and staff put into making barbecue, Beef Brisket and chicken, it’s little wonder that The Spotted Pig will become the talk of the town. We want that talk to be about our good food, warm atmosphere, and expectation of quality.

THE SPOTTED PIG BBQ
We make all of our own sauces, from scratch.
Spotted Pig ribs are cooked on the smoker for about 4 hours.
The Beans are a Secret Recipe, but if you ask we might tell you.
The brisket cooks a minimum of 14 hours. That’s a long time, but every minute makes them tender and delicious.
We’ve perfected how we do it, and we think you’ll like it.
